The Functional Program format is based around the structure of a split day combination of strength and cardio based classes.
Monday – Wednesday – Friday
Weight / Strength focused lower, upper and fully body split.
Tuesday – Thursday – Saturday
Tuesday and Thursday are conditioning days, and Saturday is focused on a game day style workout that is programmed to be team focused.
All CHANGE classes are programmed and coached to have regression and progression movements and weights, providing the best workout experience no matter what level of fitness you’re at.
