NUTRITION
Our CHANGE Nutrition Guide is developed in collaboration with Australian Dietitian & Nutritionist, Brent Campbell who specialises in holistic and sports performance nutrition.
This nutrition plan has been designed to support your performance and aesthetic goals, while optimising your general health and well-being for the long term. Sometimes, when it comes to healthy eating, there can be a lot of confusion around eating because of all the misinformation and FAD diets out there. The PROJECT nutrition aim is focused on establishing long term healthy eating habits that are results driven, while providing you with the structure to succeed.
Here is an outline of what’s included and what you can expect during your PROJECT: Wholefoods diet:
- Build your plate – Meal creation resource (foods and portion sizes included)
- Meal plan
- 3 main meals
- 2 snacks
- Meeting your hydration requirements
- No alcohol throughout the Project (or very limited)
- Low caffeine intake
- Individually prescribed ‘eating window’
For example 12:12 eating window means eating all meals and snacks between a 6:00am-6:00pm and allowing your gut to rest for 12 hours overnight. This supports your blood sugar levels and digestion.

To be eligible to win, winners must have completed an Evolt 360 Body Scan between 28-30th October and again before 2nd December 2022. Additionally given permission for before and after photos to be used to promote CHANGE.
This prize is for travel dates that exclude peak period, school holidays and special events. The prize includes 2 adult flights from Coolangatta to Denpansar (stop overs may occur) plus five nights accommodation for two people (one room, bedding not confirmed). The prize does not include any additional transfers, food and beverages or on-ground costs. All travel insurance is the responsibility of the winner and CHANGE Studios Pty Ltd takes no liability for any financial loss or injury claims. The winner is advised to review government travel advice before travelling to any destination and follow the advised precautions. The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable.
